Instructions
Place butter into a pan
Heat until foaming, stirring constantly
Continue to stir until the butter browns and dark flecks form
Allow to cool and pour into molds
Place in the fridge to set
Notes
Make sure to stir constantly and don't leave this unattended on the stove.Burnt butter can be more or less burnt depending on taste and intended use. Some like it very burnt, others only just brown.
