Ingredients
0.5
cup
water
2
tbsp
water
2
tbsp
gelatin
6
tbsp
egg white powder
1
whole egg
1 or 2 eggs
salt to taste
Instructions
Add the water into a bowl
Add gelatin
Mix to combine gelatin with water
Add egg white powder
Whisk until combined
Add one or two eggs
Whisk again well to combine. You should have a thick batter.
Add salt to taste
Heat a frying pan or grill plate and add a little butter or ghee
Add spoonfuls of the batter to the pan or plate, using the back of the spoon to spread the mixture until it reaches the required size and thickness
Once cooked on the first side, flip and cook on the other side
Place onto a plate lined with paper towel to absorb any moisture
Repeat until all batter has been used up
